Job Description
The Baking Center Manager will be responsible for managing the local Baking Center team, including training and baking skill development, as well as operational and strategic planning of the Baking Center activities. The role will also involve technical development and services, market observation and trends monitoring, new product development and innovation, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, cereal science etc.
- Minimum 5 years experience with working in leading position in a bakery or a comparable industry
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
