Wiedemann & Berg is a successful premium production company in Germany, looking for a Coordination of the Head of Production/Production Management to support organizational and administrative tasks. The role involves coordination of appointments, meetings, and conferences, as well as updating address lists and production plans.

Requirements

• Completed production studies at a film academy or comparable degree
• Comprehensive knowledge of film production stages
• Experience with funding applications, labor and copyright law, licenses, and VFX/post-production workflows
• Experience with contracts for teams, actors, broadcasters, and commissioned productions
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Sesam, Movie Magic, Fuzzlecheck) and English skills
