Leon's is currently looking for a Full Time Mailroom & Reception Associate to join our team on a one-year temporary contract, with a strong possibility to become permanent. This role is responsible for the efficient operation of mailroom, shipping, and receiving functions while providing daily reception and front-desk coverage.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in mailroom operations, vendor management, shipping/receiving, office administration, or reception.
- Experience working with suppliers and vendors to manage orders, deliveries, and service-related inquiries.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily operational deadlines.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Effective verbal communication and professional customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking and record-keeping practices.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety principles.
