Job Description
We are looking for a high-impact Strategy & Operations Leader / Chief of Staff to partner closely with the Founders and CXOs in driving org-wide strategic initiatives, 0–1 product bets, GTM strategy, and cross-functional execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Strategy, Chief of Staff, Product Strategy, Business Operations, or Founder’s Office roles.
- Prior experience in high-growth, VC-funded startups (Fintech, SaaS, Consumer tech preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and execute against tight timelines.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management across internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute (ISB/IIM preferred) or equivalent strategic experience.
