HVAC Service Apprentice

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking an entry-level HVAC Service Apprentice to support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for customers. The role involves both on-site activities and working in a team, with opportunities for overtime, call-outs, and weekends. NAS is a 120+ year old company with a commitment to employee growth and development.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• HVAC Trade school graduate strongly preferred (3.5 GPA, excellent attendance)
• 1+ years in mechanical support role (hands on HVAC experience preferred)
• EPA Certification- Type I & II or Universal Preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Ability to climb ladders
• Moderate lifting (up to 90 lbs)
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork
• Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints
• Driven to succeed and able to work with minimum supervision
