The Commercial Sales Specialist - Residential Division Support is an individual contributor accountable for increasing commercial sales through qualified residential dealers. This role will achieve individual revenue goals based on assigned accounts and incoming requests.
Requirements
- Qualifies, quotes, and closes commercial opportunities generated from our Residential Division.
- Processes inbound commercial requests from qualified residential dealers.
- Develops strategies to increase commercial sales through the existing residential dealer network.
- Participates in sales calls to support Residential Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Territory Managers with commercial opportunities.
- Leverages overlay product specialists as needed to unlock expansion opportunities within commercial quotes.
- Monitors commercial market spend from residential dealers and their relationship with Lennox, identifying high-potential accounts for further commercial development.
- Coordinates with Territory Managers to ensure smooth collaboration on commercial opportunities originating from the Residential Division.
- Provide feedback to sales leadership on market trends and dealer needs related to commercial quoting.
