Job Description
Lendlease is a globally integrated real estate group seeking a Services Technical Manager to join the team in Victoria to work on projects in the North Western Suburbs in Melbourne. The role involves managing the detail design for building services packages, subcontractors, and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in a relevant field of study (M&E Engineering or Construction Management related)
- Previous experience working on large-scale projects, managing complex building services packages
- Effective communication and leadership skills
