Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex projects in the Olympic and Health Sector from concept through design and construction in Brisbane.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior project management roles within construction, design, or property development
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex projects with high-value budgets
• Experience with Arena, Aquatic or health care projects is advantageous
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive levels
• Deep understanding of EHS, sustainability, and quality standards
• Expertise in financial governance, cost planning, and strategic forecasting
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Skilled in managing consultant teams, client relationships, and project governance
• Ability to leverage digital platforms and manage design in a digital environment
• Strategic thinker committed to continuous improvement and innovation
