Requirements

• Proven experience in design management across multiple disciplines
• Strong understanding of D&C market dynamics and supply chain delivery models
• Expertise in procurement strategy development and commercial awareness
• Ability to operate at the front end of projects, influencing design and client decisions
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Leadership capability to mentor and guide technical teams
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and compliance requirements
