Contract Adminstrator

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team and support the delivery of our major pipeline of work south of Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the procurement of major trade packages, administration of subcontracts, assessing variations, and claims, as well as managing monthly forecasting, budget, and cost reporting, while fostering strong relationships with client’s, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Construction industry, ideally working for a main contractor, with experience on commercial, and/or residential projects.
• Experience managing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance, and dealing with subcontractors.
• Understanding of legal and commercial issues surrounding construction contracts.
• Experience being involved in procurement and tender processes.
• Financial knowledge to help manage budgets and monitor costs.
