Requirements

• Contact consumers for application submission
• Collect additional documentation for loan applications
• Efficiently follow up on loan applications
• Meet performance goals and minimums
• Perform data entry, including customer communication notes
• Communicate with internal staff and merchants
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails
• Complete required compliance training
• Perform other duties as assigned
