They will focus on new business acquisition, build and scale the team, and drive team performance.

Requirements

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on new business acquisition.
• Drive individual and team sales performance to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Participate in key client meetings and assist in closing high-value partnerships.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage daily pipeline activities and maintain expert-level knowledge of LendingTree products.
