Lemon Talents is recruiting a talent acquisition specialist intern/stagiaire on Bordeaux or full remote basis. You will help us recruit talents who will make up our clients' teams and participate in the development of Lemon Talents.

Requirements

• Working closely with the commercial team to identify recruitment challenges and define recruitment strategies
• Conducting interviews with commercial teams who want to recruit for their clients
• Participating in the definition of recruitment strategies
• Defining Score Cards per manager's needs (analysis of hard and soft skills)
• Communicating with managers on results
• Sourcing (writing and disseminating job postings, identifying candidates, direct approach, screening CVs)
• Pre-qualifying candidates (phone interviews)
• Planning and organizing physical or remote interviews
• Accompanying the candidate from the first contact to their integration
• Analyzing and following up on recruitment activity
• Identifying new sourcing channels and tools
• Communicating relevantly about recruitment and company successes internally or externally
