Founder's Associate Intern (f/m/x)

lemon.markets is a fintech company that provides a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform for simple digital access to capital markets. As a Founder's Associate Intern, you will support the leadership team in developing business strategies, executing on them, and driving strategic initiatives to prepare for growth post-launch. You will work on diverse projects, ranging from strategy and operations to business development and go-to-market.

Requirements

• Background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer science or a similar area
• Entrepreneurial problem solver with hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style
• Ready and willing to take ownership and challenge the status quo
• Able to think logically, break down complex problems, and prioritize between multiple tasks
