Head of Product Design

lemlist is looking for a Head of Product Design to lead and scale their design team. The role involves shaping the company's product design culture, driving innovation in the Sales tech space, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position, and a strong portfolio showing excellence in product design and design leadership.

Requirements

• Develop a deep understanding of the market, industry, users, company, and product vision
• Dig beneath the surface to uncover real problems and opportunities
• Define and articulate a bold design vision that aligns with lemlist's mission and product strategy
• Establish design principles, processes, and systems that drive consistency, speed, and quality across squads
• Challenge and drive each Product Designer to raise the bar and reach higher impact
• Be hands-on by owning the entire delivery process with Product Managers
• Push the boundaries of what 'great design' means in the Sales tech space, especially as AI is changing how Sales teams work
