The Operations Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Legrand North and Central America (LNCA) Project Management Office (PMO) by developing and refining project management processes, conducting training for project managers across the organization, and supporting the selection and deployment of a standard project management software tool.
Requirements
- Develop and document standardized project management processes, templates, and best practices.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops for project managers and stakeholders.
- Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a project management software tool.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the PM tool.
- Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to project teams.
- Maintain PMO reporting on project KPIs and status.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of project management practices and training initiatives.
- Conduct project audits as required to ensure compliance with PMO methodologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO framework and governance model.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of project management excellence.
