Driver

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Driver / Shipping Clerk to join the Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. This position is responsible for operating company vehicles, 26 foot box truck and Conestoga truck to transport materials safely between vendor warehouses and manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Load and unload with proper materials for delivery.
• Transport product to both our vendors and between Legrand warehouses.
• Work within the packaging area in shipping when truck is not scheduled.
• Package select preassembled containers, inserts items into containers, using spacers, fillers, and protective padding.
• Properly packs customer orders and performs reconciliation with the use of Syteline.
• Uses computer programs such as Syteline, Internet, regularly throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all company policies, guidelines and practices.
• Load/unload trucks.
• Cross training to work in other functional department of the plant.
• Forklift, Reach-truck and crane operation.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
