We are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to strengthen Leger Uten Grenser's position as an attractive employer and contribute to ensuring motivated and qualified candidates through a strategic approach to employer branding.
Requirements
- Higher education (minimum bachelor) in marketing, communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably from an international organization.
- Experience with recruitment campaigns, event coordination and production of visual content.
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms (e.g. Teamtailor), analysis tools and social media.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken) at level C1 or higher.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, strategic and creative thinking.
