Employer Branding Spesialist

We are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to strengthen Leger Uten Grenser's position as an attractive employer and contribute to ensuring motivated and qualified candidates through a strategic approach to employer branding.

Requirements

• Higher education (minimum bachelor) in marketing, communication or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably from an international organization.
• Experience with recruitment campaigns, event coordination and production of visual content.
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms (e.g. Teamtailor), analysis tools and social media.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken) at level C1 or higher.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, strategic and creative thinking.
