Doctors Without Borders Norway is seeking a CRM Advisor to strengthen the donor experience through smarter use of our CRM system.
Requirements
- Improve and develop workflows in the CRM, including automation and API integrations, and document processes.
- Provide professional advice on process improvement and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with external suppliers on payment solutions and new integrations.
- Perform analyses and ensure data quality to support data-driven decisions;
- Act as backup for the CRM Analyst.
- Contribute to the strategic use of data in collaboration with the CRM Analyst and CRM & Loyalty Manager.
- Serve as the AI focal point in the CRM team and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
