As a Comfort Advisor in the Rochester area, you'll meet with homeowners to assess their needs and recommend the best HVAC solutions for comfort and efficiency. This is a 100% commission-based, in-home sales role—perfect for a motivated, high-performing sales professional.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC sales, ideally within the residential market
• Strong sales track record with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
• Solid technical understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
