Support project managers and teams by assisting with project planning, tracking, documentation, and reporting, contributing to the successful execution of projects, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- Assist in developing and updating project schedules, timelines, and documentation
- Coordinate and schedule meetings; prepare agendas and meeting notes
- Collect, organize, and maintain project data and records
- Prepare basic status reports and summaries for project teams and stakeholders
- Support project managers with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
- Learn and utilize project management tools and software
- Participate in training and development opportunities to build project management skills
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible
