Job Description
LegalMatch is seeking a motivated B2B Inside Sales Executive to drive revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities through outbound channels. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable to change
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and share feedback
