Personal Injury Case Manager - ONSITE

We are looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team at Legal Management Group. As a Case Manager, you will play an integral role in managing and guiding our clients through their recovery journey, ensuring they receive the best possible care and outcomes. You'll be the key liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, ensuring that all documentation is meticulously managed and claims are efficiently filed.

Requirements

• Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
• At least 3-5 years of case management experience in personal injury law, healthcare, or medical consulting
• Medical or Healthcare Background: A medical degree (MD, DO, RN, etc.) or a background in healthcare administration, pain management, or physical therapy is highly preferred
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and case management software like Filevine, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meticulously analyze medical records, insurance documents, and legal forms for consistency, accuracy, and compliance
• Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise in the case management process
