The Assistant Front Office Manager assists the FOM with the operation of the Front Office, providing quality service to guests, maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Requirements

• Train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, and provide open communication
• Implement company and franchise programs and manage the Front Office operations
• Resolve customer complaints and anticipate potential problems
• Interact with the sales staff to discuss and implement sales strategies
