RN Charge Nurse - Operating Room

Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center is seeking a Charge Nurse for the Operating Room. This is a full-time, 36-hour-per-week position based in Portland, OR, and offers opportunities for relocation assistance. The role focuses on providing direct coordination and supervision of unit operations, leading staff, and facilitating communication among all parties involved.

Requirements

• Academic degree in nursing (BSN or MSN/MN) required.
• One year of relevant clinical experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operations, including staffing and scheduling, budget management, workflow planning, performance management, and staff development.
• Current applicable state RN license required.
• Current applicable state AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers.
