Job Description
Join our team as a Property Maintenance Technician and help keep our buildings in peak condition. We're looking for a skilled individual who is a hands-on problem solver and can diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and try hard
- Trade skills like a commercial handyman
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Solid knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Ability to read manuals and find technical info online
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- A commitment to safety that’s second to none
- Clear and effective communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (certifications are a plus)
