Job Description
Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher for its preschool program in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally and inspire children. The successful candidate will develop interactive learning experiences, promote the children's social, physical, and intellectual growth, and manage classroom and curriculum implementation in addition to being a team player.

- Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.
- Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families.
- Meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
