Job Description
This is a full-time lead teaching position at Learning Care Group, Inc., focused on creating engaging learning experiences and fostering the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for classroom management, curriculum implementation, mentoring other teachers, building relationships with families, and adhering to licensing standards.
Requirements
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- At least 18 years old.
