Job Description
Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to create stimulating learning experiences, mentor other teachers, and implement curriculum. The role involves both classroom management and curriculum development, as well as communicating with families and maintaining high standards. This position offers an opportunity to be a part of a leading early childhood education provider.
Requirements
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- 18+ years of age
- No current work experience in childcare
