Job Description
This is a part-time position at a child care center focused on fostering children's learning, growth, and well-being through a fun, interactive classroom environment. The role requires dedication, a passion for working with children, and a willingness to learn and grow. This is a journey into a nurturing role.
Requirements
- Love to help follow licensing guidelines and company standards
- Develop skills to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families
- Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
