Product Manager

Leapwork is seeking a Product Manager to join their global, high-performing Product team. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management fundamentals with curiosity, technical depth, and a passion for applying AI to solve real-world software quality challenges.

Requirements

• Independently find and describe new opportunities
• Conduct user research, data analysis, and market exploration
• Leverage rapid prototyping tools to build proof-of-concepts
• Define Epics and user stories with clear, specific, and measurable outcomes
• Ensure continuous shipping of high-quality features
• Collaborate closely with Designers, Engineers, and QA
• Actively manage the product backlog
• Work with QA to ensure proper testing and validation of functionality
• Evaluate opportunities through the lens of customer value and business growth
• Analyze post-launch performance, user behavior, and adoption signals
• Champion experimentation and data-driven iteration
