We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Team Lead to support key financial processes within our growing organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a finance operations role preferably in an international or SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Navan, and Salesforce is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, billing and reconciliation processes.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Strong Excel skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work under deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
