Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Vice President of Accounting to lead financial operations and drive sustainable growth. This role requires a forward-thinking financial leader capable of transitioning into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position. The candidate will serve as a critical business partner to the executive team, overseeing accounting functions and contributing to financial strategy.
Requirements
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team.
- Implement and enhance financial systems and reporting tools.
- Support strategic initiatives like M&A, capital planning, and long-term financial modeling.
