Job Description
LEAP is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern Canadian market to drive new business sales and manage a team of sales professionals. This role focuses on developing strategies to increase productivity, leading the sales team, and managing client relationships. The successful candidate will have strong sales experience, a consultative approach, and a proven ability to drive profitability within a specified sales vertical.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in consultative SaaS sales
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager (minimum 3 years; references strongly preferred)
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with Salesforce
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Customer-focused mindset and practical approach to business
