Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media
• Proven experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
• Proficiency in paid platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, TikTok etc.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
