Learning and Development Manager

LEAP is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to drive learning initiatives and build programs, processes, and systems across the legal industry. This role focuses on leading company-wide learning activities, facilitating training sessions, and improving the effectiveness of training solutions within an LMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience managing learning programs from inception to evaluation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design and their application in program design and delivery.
• Experience creating and rolling out learning programs from concept to evaluation.
• Practical experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Excellent facilitation skills.
• Excellent relationship skills and the ability to work with leaders and stakeholders.
