Job Description
Our client is looking for a Construction Manager to plan and execute new store builds, and supervise construction projects from development to completion for several restaurant concepts across the United States.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in construction of commercial construction within the restaurant or retail space
- Thorough knowledge of construction and development concepts and strategies
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Proven record of interpersonal, negotiation, planning, communication and organizational skills
