Lean Tech is a rapidly expanding organization located in Medellín, Colombia. We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead and coordinate UX/UI design initiatives, combining strong Agile/Scrum expertise with a deep understanding of the design lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, Scrum Master, or coordination roles within a technology or product environment.
- Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience working directly with UX, UI, or product design teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or equivalent experience.
