Job Description
LeadVenture is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Accounting to help continue to fuel its success. The individual will drive process improvement and acceleration across all areas of the accounting organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field (required)
- At least 8 years of accounting experience
- At least 3 years' experience managing people
- Public accounting background preferred
- Experience in SaaS and software industry
- CPA preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting theory and US GAAP
- NetSuite experience a plus
- Organized approach with a strong attention to detail, self-starter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
