We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Team Lead to build, scale, and strategically lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function at Leadtech. The role requires a senior finance leader with strong business acumen, advanced analytical expertise, and a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in Finance, including leading teams, ideally in high-growth or complex environments.
- Strong background in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or tech-driven businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex analysis, strategic transformation, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead small teams, assigning responsibilities to maximize individual and team potential.
- Skilled at setting strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Exceptional collaborator, capable of aligning strategies and goals across multiple departments.
- Expert in advanced financial modeling (P&L, Cash Flow, scenario analysis).
- Proficiency in financial systems; experience with Qlik and SAP is a strong advantage.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented, proactive mindset.
- Comfortable operating with high levels of autonomy and accountability.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
