Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and customer support service
- Proven experience in sales and customer support, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
