Job Description
Implementation Consultant responsibilities include establishing customer relationships, onboarding new customers, educating them on product value, and monitoring progress.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales or support)
- Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to use data to inform engagement plans
- Clear understanding of customer success and Motive's goals
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and professionalism
- Experience in documentation, data analysis, reporting, SQL, and Salesforce preferred
- Experience in fintech and spend management technology a plus
