The Reservations Agent is responsible for guest service, from reservation management to arrival, ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience in an exceptional natural environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Sense of responsibility
• Ability to adapt and work under pressure
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingualism: French and English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge and experience of a reservation system (asset)
