Requirements
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns
- 3+ years in a senior or strategic role in an agency setting
- Experience managing budget (6-7 figures monthly)
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
- Proficiency in various ad platforms (ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and communication skills
