Maintenance Technician

Lion’s Choice Restaurants is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment and facilities at multiple locations. The role involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining equipment such as ovens, fryers, and refrigeration units, as well as handling routine plumbing and carpentry tasks. The maintenance technician ensures the safety, efficiency, and functionality of the restaurants and contributes to a positive guest and team member experience.

Requirements

• Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment including Winston CVAP ovens, bun toasters, fryers, fry dump stations, ice makers, and refrigeration units.
• Handle routine and emergency plumbing tasks, including but not limited to repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
• Repair lighting fixtures, electrical outlets, and small appliances.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules.
• Monitor inventory and request replacements as needed.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces.
