Lawson Lundell LLP is seeking a Litigation Resource Assistant to provide flexible legal administrative support across the Litigation team in Calgary. The role involves preparing correspondence and documents, managing calendars and files, and providing day-to-day practice support for lawyers.
Requirements
- Hold a Legal Administrative Assistant certification from an accredited institution (preferred)
- Previous administrative experience in a legal or professional services environment is an asset
- Regulatory experience in Alberta is an asset
- Demonstrate a forward-thinking approach with exceptional attention to detail
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a collegial team
- Maintain a high level of organization and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Apply strong technical skills and communicate clearly in both written and verbal contexts
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a positive, can-do attitude
