lawpilots is looking for a Head of RevOps to scale their revenue operating system in Berlin, bridging the gap between Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and transforming GTM operations into a high-performance engine.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS or tech scale-ups (50-300 employees, $5M-$30M ARR)
- Hands-on ownership of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ logic design, and architectural optimization
- Proficiency in revenue reporting and KPI design, with the ability to enable data-driven decision-making across the full funnel
- Structured communication skills to explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders
- Ownership mentality, ability to remain calm and reliable under pressure, and growth mindset with a bias toward scalable solutions
- Experience using AI to automate revenue operations processes and familiarity with Clay workflows
