Paralegal

We're looking for a Senior Probate Paralegal Supervisor to join our Return Assets Division and lead a team of probate paralegals, manage complex case files, and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of probate law, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to supervise and mentor a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field
• Certification from a recognized paralegal association
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a probate paralegal, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of probate law and procedures
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong integrity to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in legal research tools, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
