Job Description
Lattice is looking for a highly motivated and experienced SW Program Manager to drive SW Tools deliverables for complex FPGA programs. The role will require close collaboration with global teams in multiple disciplines to successfully manage the scope, schedule, risk, reporting, issue resolution and resources to deliver the best user interface for our customers.
Requirements
- BS in EE/CE/CS or similar with 7+ years of experience in the Tech industry
- Experienced in EDA or FPGA Software tool flow
- Experienced in product lifecycle management for SW and Soft-IP and knowledge of SW support for integrated circuit, packaging, validation and qualification of Silicon devices
- Experienced in driving cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple internal/external dependencies and constraints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PMP and knowledge/experience in FPGAs is a plus

- Base pay between $151,859 to $218,297 per year
