Job Description
Lattice is seeking a Senior Silicon Validation Engineer to join its R&D team. This role involves validating building blocks within FPGA blocks like FPGA, SERDES, DPHY, etc., from arrival to production. The engineer will contribute to IP characterization, design development, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Experience in High Speed Serdes Interface Characterization and protocol compliance testing
- Expertise in high speed board design and signal integrity evaluation/debug
- Expertise in Verilog/VHDL and design implementation using FPGA development tools
- Knowledge of statistical analysis concepts and use of analysis tools
- Proficiency with bench equipment for device characterization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with critical thinking
- Good problem solving and debugging skills
